  • Current Project Modules - The accessible Ubuntus Kitchen

Creating something together connects people. In this project module, all participants design and build together with people who have joined  the current project module, including the Ubuntus kitchen. It can be easily set up in different environments and thus promotes new neighborly encounters and cohesions.

The prototype of the accessible Ubuntus kitchen - designed by and for people with disabilities - was funded by Aktion Mensch (2019). Neighborhood initiatives, charitable projects and all other interested parties are welcome to participate!

This film is in easy language. It will soon be translated into sign language and other languages.

  • Basic Modules - Equal Education Partnership

The Ubuntus education partnerships have four aims:

Diversity Education: Participants learn to see people as individuals and to recognise that diversity is the norm – irrespective of social, ethnic or other origin, gender, sexual orientation, religion or beliefs, age, physical or mental abilities/disabilities...

Engagement: Engaging with each other in a respectful, participatory and lively way fosters empathy and the ability to manage conflicts.

Empowerment: Participants are encouraged to engage independently with the contemporary arts and to explore how they can use this means of expression to participate in society.

Language: All participants improve their individual language skills.
